Nubank is one of the largest digital financial services platforms in the world, with over 120 million customers. The company helped expand access to credit in Latin America and is now taking that same approach to other markets, starting with the United States.

I’ve been at Nubank since 2019 and currently lead the design team for Business Credit Cards.

My role blends leadership and hands-on work, because I don’t believe in managing design from a distance. In practice, this means staying close to the team while actively designing and shaping new initiatives, especially the most ambitious and uncertain bets.

Before that, I spent five years in Growth, helping scale the customer base to 100 million while maintaining high activation rates. This is an achievement I’m proud of, even if it sounds like I’m bragging a bit. I am.

PackLead is a newsletter built for design leaders. It started from a gap I felt myself: few practical references for those building a career in leadership. So I built something for the community.

Today, it has over 3,500 subscribers, sponsors, and friends I’ve collected through the years.
